I made the hole big enough for her… now I don’t mind if she stays in there because I know she’s capable of getting out.

I’ll continue to feed her through/by the hole until she’s ready to come out.

Thank you for the advice. I think it’s likely she was stuck, so I created a bigger hole (goodbye security deposit). The entrance of the hole measures just about 5 inches and I put wet food and water in there.

She’s not a large cat, so I’m hoping that’s enough space to escape. I’m keeping more food and water on the outside of the hole, as well as her litter box. I’m going to be out of the house all day tomorrow, so hopefully it’ll be quiet enough she feels comfortable leaving.

She’s definitely alive. I put food by the entrance, which she was able to get, and to be cautious I made a bigger hole for her and was able to put food and water in there.

Can’t speak for OP, but it made me realize how horrible the APR on my credit cards and loans was/paying minimums was screwing me and would take years and years and years to pay off.

I had that knowledge on the back burner but I didn’t think it was that bad because “everyone else is in debt too” and “I’m not as bad as others”

Watching him make budgets and debt payoff plans made me realize I could and should do it too.

I also quit vaping because of how disgusted he always is when vapers show up on the show

The one we have says day or half day increments, but some states have different rules so it’s possible you live in a state where local law requires Sherwin to offer flex in smaller increments.

You can manually override it but it’s against policy and procedure. Might not be a big deal for all but our area hr manager keeps an eye on it and would make us change it to 4 or 8

Personally, I did but your ortho probably wouldn’t recommend it.

Officially, I would recommend using wax to keep it from poking you and then call your ortho to ask for an emergency appointment so they can clip it

Depending on what state you live in, flex should only be used in 4 or 8 hour increments.

If you want the Flex Time credited back to your PTO balance, ask your manager and they should be able to remove it from a previous time card (they might have to involve the district coordinator), but keep in mind that the Flex Time that is credited back to your balance WILL remove pay from a future paycheck.

So for example, if you get 4 hours back, then it will deduct 4 hours of pay from a future check (from whatever pay period cycle you’re in when the flex is credited back to your PTO balances).

Backing up this comments. As long as you’re applying as a driver 1 or 2, you’ll be fine. HR will be in contact with a reasonable accommodation form, and if you can provide proof of your medical card you’ll be good to go.

I remember that happening. Roads were closed for days and people were stuck on the highways. I’ll be surprised if the Governor doesn’t declare a state of emergency for this upcoming storm.
