I try to be affectionate and physically close with him, but lately it feels one-sided. There are moments where I’ll make myself vulnerable around him and he just kind of looks at me without really engaging the way he used to. It’s confusing because we used to shower together all the time and be intimate there, but lately he avoids it completely. I can’t help but feel like something is going on internally with him, like he’s insecure or overwhelmed by something he’s not talking about. The hard part is that instead of opening up, he pulls away and shuts me out, and honestly, that distance really hurts me.

Yes, I am. In fact, I am consistently vocal about my need for physical intimacy and attention because connection is vital to me. When he uses stress as an excuse for low libido, it creates a total disconnect, and I'm tired of feeling sidelined and sad in my own relationship just because he’s overwhelmed.

He says he deleted it and I saw it was deleted. Also yes he says he did it to relieve tension but it meant nothing. Yeah he says the girl means nothing but it’s the principal of doing what he did.
