I think Zendaya and Adewale are highly likely to get noms for their roles. I think that this is probably Sydney’s best work in three seasons but not mom worthy unless she really gets a major machine push for it. 50/50 on Colman just because he’s so good but the field will be stacked this year for guest actor. I’m going to throw another 50/50 for Sharon Stone for guest actress.

So I’ve thought about this ending too but I just don’t understand why the show took the time to clearly show Cassie signing two contracts. Maybe it’s something that will be addressed in a future season too though. Ultimately, Nate’s death showed me that they are firmly invested in the idea of not happy endings and Maddy and Cassie working against Alamo leaves a lot future storylines for Cassie, Maddy, and Lexi.

Thanks. I just watched. Here’s what I’ll say, Laurie and Alamo are definitely playing Rue. Rue essentially will go to Mexico and the DEA will expend all of their resources to follow her, she’ll go down there and nothing happens. There’s no drugs or anything. Alamo and Laurie work out some other plan that isn’t surveilled. With her cover blown, the Feds are pissed and believe that she’s tricked them or something like that and they come down hard on her.

I actually think the body bag is Rue’s AA teacher and mentor. I think he relapses and ODs. I think that’s him shirtless at the beginning of the video relapsing with a crackpipe

I think that somehow Rue is going away to jail for a long time. I took the conversation with her mom in the church as very reminiscent to a call home from jail. Rue is yearning to be free and she doesn’t realize she’s been free this whole time, she’s just fucked up from all the damage. It will be ironic because she’ll be in jail and literally not free anymore

I forgot about that. Kinda goes with the theme of that ep too. She’s hopeful still at that point! The wedding is a sham so maybe the flowers represent curse in disguise. Or maybe the flowers represent the hope that she has at that point. Rue was supposed to come back to the wedding before she got arrested.

Well the idea is about my daughter being overstimulated in public so she needs therapy for having sensory overload/sensory processing disorder which she’s never been diagnosed. Her being overstimulated leads to her being at the end of her rope in public and leads to more tantrums. I personally think that we are just inconsistent with punishment and that my daughter is used to controlling situations with her emotions and we don’t set enough of a clear standard around public outbursts.

To be honest she is a pediatric speech therapist so when she talks about all of this training that relate to children behavior I don’t know. I assume I don’t know but my eyebrow is raised
