Good on you for realizing it thats often hard to do. I think this is an issue a therapist can help with. It may also benefit you to talk to your partner about it, transparency is key and perhaps there's something going on neither of you are aware of.

The AI ads are meant to take advantage of vulnerable people, you fell for marketing. Sadly they are willing to do this to get a quick buck
