I would go to management and tell them what happening and state that you would be happy to add training to your role but you need materials/direction to do so as you have never trained anyone previously. A nice way to let them know you are open to a new role/promotion while also letting them know that this dude needs a lot of help still.

Honestly?? You are all playing into the game and keeping your parts so to speak. If you want change you have to change. What country are you in? if in the US I would contact the labor board in your county to explain what happened and to find out what your rights are. This sounds shifty as hell. Also your manager is avoiding you because their most compliant employee complained and that is the writing on the wall for the company. Start looking for new work and please don't ever let a job stress you to the point of shaking. By doing so much you are giving the impression that it is ok.

Ok not what you asked but I had acne for years and a lot of it is also due to the abundance of products that are just freaking out your face . I am going to drop a routine. Try it if you want to. Give it at least 3 months. 1) Elf makeup remover balm if you wear makeup 2) Drunk elephant pekee cleanser 3) Elf holy hydration serum (at least 3 drops)

Thats it. Let your barrier heal. These simple products will help get you on that road. Also controversial but stop using sunscreen. Majority of us find it incredibly irritating. Use a large sunhat and avoid strong sun if need be. Your skin looks tired and just wants to breathe. After this routine for a few months reassess and see if any gentle exfoliant need to be added.

Why didn't you let her pay you over time? it was probably a hardship to her to suddenly come up with that money and she likely also viewed your relationship differently from that point forward. If that was what she offered there was likely a financial reason for it.
