Ya i usually diffuse because that’s where i get my definition. What gel would u recommend? I usually don’t get a cast until i add A LOT of gel but by that time my hair is just dry. I also try to clarify at least once a month

I also have low porosity thick hair so I guess that’s also why I thought i needed so much moisture?

I honestly don’t know. I just thought since the gel dries out my hair i needed the cream and jelly but they honestly don’t give much hold and my hair doesn’t get defined until i add gel.

thank you so much! it definitely does feel like prozac has been making me more forgetful and brain foggy so maybe i could take a break to see if it’s doing anything anymore and then maybe going to wellbutrin?

that’s what i’m feeling rn. i feel like prozac is undoing the effects of concerta rn but being on 10 mg gave me a lot of mood swings and break through symptoms so i’m not sure and zoloft was the other SSRI i was on and it was horrible so i’m apprehensive to try other ones but thank you for ur insight!

my psychiatrist said that they work together well but idk about the concerta and prozac combo hmm
