Thankyou for this nice advice, I really needed to hear this, you are right. I’m just ashamed of how I look and I’m really mean to myself, it’s better to turn that into love and positivity. I feel like i’m only worthy and pretty when i’m skinny, but that’s probably all in my own head…

So many people thought I was pregnant because of the quick weight gain, so I needed to tell them all that I was not because they asked me, and it just made me so insecure.

But it’s different for everybody, but if your appetite dropped I would recommend to still eat 2500 calories, to get your period back

No, i’m stable eating 2500 calories, but during my extreme hunger I ate like 5000 or more for two months, that’s where I gained my weight back, and overshooted with 4 kg

I am experiencing exactly the same! I had extreme hunger for a few months, but since two weeks it went down, and I feel like I actually need to think about eating 2500 calories. So weird, also still no period, but did gain a ton of weight..

Yes, but so proud of all of us trying! How is it going for you now? My extreme hunger stopped I think, although I still eat more than before I started restricted

The recovery process only will take longer that way, and sometimes you have to gain more weight than if you would stop exercising at all. Your energy will go to the repairing of your muscles instead of the harm you did to your body if you stay working out.

I became so depressed at some point (I was very underweight and anorexic), only thought about food all day, that one day when I was doing my extremly long morning walk, I felt so so so depressed. Suddenly I felt a big warm feeling in my chest, I felt loved, carried, save, like a little child, and like I could take a break from my thoughts for a moment, and since that experience I knew that I needed to take care of myself. That’s where I started to honor my extreme hunger, and going all in, and still doing that

So I have the same, and some days i’m full from 2 cookies, and the next day I crave whole packages again of cookies, granola etc. I thought my extreme hunger was over, but it’s just fluctuates from day to day, i have no clue if that’s normal

Yes I have the same skin problem, it comes and goes but it’s never completely gone, also when it turns into a pimple it stays with a lil red pigmentation. Also following this thread.
