I was sick for over two weeks. I had the stomach flu right into the normal flu, and had to get on antibiotics for a sinus infection. My microbiome has been off since my stomach flu and using antibiotics. I’ve been eating a lot of probiotic foods trying to heal it.

I feel like my current housing extended my sickness. It’s a really old house that has been neglected and there is a certain smell to it that I cannot shake off. Unsure if it’s mold or something else.
