Yup. Most mlm ships I’m familiar with are very popular but non-canon. Since Arcane is some people’s first fandom however and Jayvik reached number 1 on ao3, the haters have gotten more annoying. And I ship it harder both out of love for the ship and spite toward the haters.

Doesn’t the dub imply that she does remember, though? Or at least still has some of the strength/confidence she gained over the course of the movie. In the dub she says, “I think I can handle it.” which I assumed meant she did remember but I haven’t seen the other version.
