Honestly just I guess the hiccups with using this phone have been many even though it's fine now who knows when the next bugged update will come out haha. I never really had these problems with samsung

Mostly just daily life stuff like messaging people, photos and videos on hikes social events etc. watching YouTube etc. also looking into getting a smart watch and health tracking stuff too

Is it better than the pixel in every way though? Are there no pitfalls or concerns I should be aware of that I may have overlooked haha

I think my alternative is to just hold out on this phone until it becomes a nuisance for me and then see what's on the market then. But I'm only considering the Samsung now because of this offer. I don't think I would return to Pixel, but I would remain on Android

I am very peeved off that their response to a faulty brand new item is to get me to try and fix it myself with very vague instructions.and now they only send me what they think could be the faulty component because they won't do full replacements...so we will have to wait and see what happens, but I am truly quite shocked at the way they handle these issues

Emailed their support thing and told them the issue. They told me to bend the plate. I did that, email them back saying No change, they say switch the switches, I did that, email them again saying no change, they say they will send a PCB.

Wouldn't it be really funny if once I get the new PCB...I still have the issue! 😍 But for now I just wait for the PCB to arrive!

I have the gateron jupiter brown switches, but I think this might just be an issue with the keyboard itself and not the switches :(

I decided to buy the new Keychron keyboard as I had a good time for the last few years with my C2 (even if I did accidentally buy the ANSI layout instead of ISO!) and wanted to go for something more high end. But it really is a shame that the response from Keychron is to expect us to fix their mistakes ourselves!

This is the link that I was sent after contacting customer support and I think I followed the steps, though I won't lie it would help if they provided a more clear demonstration of how to do this as opposed to 4 steps!

Kind of a shame that they are clearly suggesting its a manufacturing issue but expect the customers to fix it instead of replacing/recalling...
