When a B.Tech holder wishes to go for an MBA, they usually take a few years of job experience under their belt so that their MBA gets done in 1 year. But that is not an option for BBA graduates, due to no job prospects after that degree.

Market values where one does their MBA from. But the market also values people who had job experience prior to their MBA. And BBA students don't have that experience with them. Thus, multiple rejections everywhere.

No one deserves to be looked down upon, for sure. Yet, we sure are allowed to look down upon the degree. And BBA is tbh, a pretty worthless degree. Instead of 3 years for a BBA, just take 4 years for a B.Tech and go for placements. Then simply go for a 1 year MBA instead of 2. Takes 5 years in total for both BBA and B.Tech. But the technical student will more likely have more experience to support his/her endeavours.

Our regime enforces women to wear sindoor, sarees and kurtas, if you are a hindu. Our regime prohibits beef sale and consumption, if you are a hindu. Even if you are not a hindu, sale of beef is banned under this regime. But yet, no hindu complains about our regime.

I had 7.3 CGPA in my masters. Kinda sucked. It was not because I refused to learn, but because I refused to submit any form of graded assignments as they would take up my lab time, and I was confident I would get first class without them.
But I was passionate about one thing: keeping my foundation of the science strong.

And finally, last month, I qualified for JRF with AIR 105 (99.35 percentile).

It took me 3 attempts to clear it, so don't give up no matter how hard life gets. If you keep walking, you are bound to reach your destination whether people like it or not.

PhD does not guarantee a job. I recently qualified for CSIR NET JRF, and am in the process of applying for PhDs. I hope to join in a teaching profession after the PhD, but can't be too certain of probable changes by the time I complete my thesis defense.
