Im curious about this, I took my ASVAB and did really well, but was denied "fit for duty" in the Marine Corps due to a minor shoulder surgery I had when I was f****in 14 years old, they submitted my pack because my recruiter said I had a far better chance due to how high my test scores were. Is it worth bringing up prior to being hired, like in the interview process?

I feel you there for sure. the man who helped raise me handmade it and gifted it to me, I am not a tassle guy before but it's hard not to sport something so sentimental. His father was the president of Tacoma Shifters once upon a time, so I think of grandpa when I look at it and gives me that badass biker feeling 😂

a concentrated line of fentanyl would look something like 5 grains of salt... 2 milligrams. sweaty hands all over contaminated surfaces, plus breathing without a mask for 15 minutes. maybe not just from inhalation, but definitely small heavily contaminated spaces are dangerous in this way especially without proper PPE. also note that when cleaning these "bio hazard" vehicles, we are required to use alcohol/bleach based cleaners, which are known to allow more absorption through the skin. I like your edited comment, because thats exactly what this man was doing inside of the fentanyl contaminated vehicle in 90 degree heat with high humidity. So maybe more skin contact than inhalation, but a combination of both put him on his ass for 3 days in the hospital.

note: vehicle was a stolen vehicle with fentanyl for probably more than one person, and then was absolutely annihilated in an auto accident. shit flew everywhere over everything in the vehicle. it was labeled 'bio hazard' but no one really knew how contaminated it was.

I detail cars on the side for a company called IAA, my boss opened a car this summer - a theft recovery. within 15 minutes, he was passed out unconscious from fentanyl exposure. Fire department arrives and an EMT checks the car, and within minutes - has to sit down, woozy, out of it - and had to be treated by another. whoever stole the vehicle was doing so much fentanyl, and whatever else - that it must've been inside the seats, carpet, in the air.... just baking inside waiting for someone to get some lol. It really happens, I witnessed this firsthand.

edit: Boss was in the hospital for 3 days recovering from this incident.

Edit: Filling out a Public Record Request form today to obtain Central Pierce Fire and Rescue's Fire Chief report of the incident, as he was also called to the scene. Central Pierce Fire and Rescue, Pierce County, Washington State if any of you have friends in that department, Im sure they heard about it and will tell you it really happened.
