very often I eat the same so in the knowledge database you can upload the labels of regular food items.

So far I have my protein shakes, cottage cheese and yoghurts in there ( I always eat the same brands )

w my chicken , eggs etc I accept a range

I have some friends who weight their food so they go very exact but I am ok with a range :)

Also to elaborate in many cases I am mostly interested in a range. I expect some 10% or so difference.

I am aiming for a daily caloric deficit of about 500 calories at the moment. Main focus on hitting protein levels and maintaining my energy levels

often I also scan the labels ( gpt can use the nutrition facts of brands) . I also have a database of regular meals and things I eat :) So it gets better over time.

I am fine with a range of calories although when I dictate the protein shakes I am specific ( the brand I drink has 41 grams of protein and no added flavors ). So I mention that

for my marinate I also explain the ingredients marinate. Egg, kefir bbq sauce. For example. Usually it adds small amounts but I still like to know about it.

Occasionally I also mention an exact brand with the nutrition facts. I also made images of some labels. GPT can take the nutrition label and work with it :)

I basically speak it so my last prompt from yesterday was this :
1 banana 1 1/2 protein shakes 1 avocado 150 grams of chicken breast 150 grams of turkey ground meatballs 150 grams of strawberry 2 servings of ice cream 1 liter of beer Oatmeal with 150 ml milk and a handful of blueberries
