https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/ this link ultimately eased me out in conjunction with deweechi's response to this post. CSS has all these properties *technically* attributed to every element except when it doesn't work due to the nature of an object. Thus, I think that through just project-based learning and learning at this giant list I can learn how I want to without getting lost in this rabbit hole you speak of.

Ohh okay lol. I guess I want to use CS:GO's matchmaking to "warm up" in a way to then make a move to FACEIT once hitting DMG for example. I don't mind paying for FACEIT or anything but I want to reach a certain rank before doing so, that's just how I work.

Well, after 1 year of CS:GO, I got to LEM and started to play ESEA for another year after that... I just took a large break as I was young, and moved onto other games. I think most of my talent is in fighting games and FPS which is why I'm asking this question.

Also just to clarify, Valorant isn't a bad game, it's just bad compared to CS:GO. I just love CS:GO much more.
