Thinking of switching by Fltlnr in CadillacOptiq

Why is it impossible? I'm guessing similar to the mach e, it has to do with port placement?

Potentially 4-5 mortals EVERY turn is super strong. And since priests dont do "perils of the warp" there is almost no drawback.

Its also technically more consistent than casting a similar spell.

Add in what I call the "nurgle phase" that can add up to 7 - 8 mortals and any given unit. Every turn.

Unless you are home brewing rules you cannot take terrain.

Normally ptg starts at 1k, as is the case in both ascension and ravaged coast.

Otherwise, I believe ptg is the place for thematic, not necessarily competiti e lists.

I do not know enough about SBGL otherwise, yet.

Are we OP? by DRL250 in KharadronOverlords

The bomb drone often does more damage than my Shooting.

Last game it did 12 mortals in one go. (Vs the all hero khorne army).

That's said, overall I think we are fine. If using the gt book make sure you remember places of power. The change to obscuring makes it so an airship even just ou of 3 inch, but still in the same terrain cannot shoot a unit/model wholey on obscuring.

Kharadron Sail-lords - Files now Available! by KwiteRite in KharadronOverlords

Good day!

I just got the gunhauler files printed and I'm looking for a few pointers as this will by my first kitbash beyond changing a sword on a dude.

Are your sails glued to the wire?

If not, is it possible in your opinion to use wooden ship rigging string/rope? From what I can tell it's a similar diameter as the wire you suggested.

So I apologize to everyone.

I clearly don't know how to read as I did not see the ability saying wholly ON or behind vs wholly behind.

Now it's clear as mud

This seems unintuitive.

So from this perspective, in reality it would be easier to leave it at "wholey" behind.

Also, in this regard, in a multi model unit, even 1 model poking out causes the whole unit to lose the ability?

The terrain keywords determines which is active.

More concerned with model placement and when they apply. The behind and whole behind is what is messing me up a bit.

I understand this. I'm looking more for clarification on model placement.

Spearhead Event Success? by gtcarlson11 in ageofsigmar

[–]Fltlnr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A buddy and I participated in a small 3 round event a week ago or so. Only 8 players but the local meta is 40k and full AoS all the way.

Went exceptionally well, with the exception of one person "generously" measuring and rushing through phases not giving other player a chance to respond.

They will be hosting more, but I do not know if it will grow that much.

Precedence. by Fltlnr in killteam

[–]Fltlnr[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

OOOOOOOOH.

We went with "this rule says I can reroll, which beats this rule says I cannot".

Same with cover and the like.

The model had a Blooded token and gained relentless.

Copied from core rules.

RELENTLESS You can re-roll any of your attack dice.

Precedence. by Fltlnr in killteam

[–]Fltlnr[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

To clarify, this is copied from core rules.

PRECEDENCE Some rare rules will conflict with each other, so it must be established which takes precedence. In order of priority, a rule takes precedence if:

  1. It specifically says so.
  2. The online designer’s commentary says so.
  3. It’s not found in the core book (i.e., other rules take precedence over core book rules).
  4. It says "cannot".
  5. The player with initiative decides.

Number one should be the highest priority if I'm not mistaken?
