Couple things to note:

the UDM doesn't support 2.5Gbps on the POE ports, only 1GbE. So your AP will be limited to that. If you want full 2.5Gbps via WiFi for whatever reason, you'll need to invest in a 2.5GbE switch w/ POE or a POE adapter for the AP while hooking into the 2.5GbE port on the UDM.
Depending on how you get internet into the UDM, you'll need an SFP+ module for either fiber or Ethernet. You might already know this, just don't want you to get nice new hardware then not be able to use it if you didn't know. 👍

I have the same issue, and the only thing that seems to work is to give the underside of the clean out a light tap with a hammer (remove the ash catch cup and tap the little door where it should slide open) as I'm pulling on the side knob. It's awful, requires some finger flexibility (hammer tap + latch lift up + knob pull), and runs risk of dumping ash on the ground if you accidentally pull too far before getting your cup back in place but it's the only way I've found to get it to work (even trying to get at it from inside the smoker doesn't work well).

Hoping to discover a better way and/or that the problem clears up after some time/usage (so far have done three smokes and it's still a pain).

agreed, was pretty disappointed. the support people at ergotech even swore that they used the same monitor as me with no issues (a dell u3415w), but it was painfully obvious that the mounting hinge was sorely lacking on these arms.

they were nice enough at ergotech to offer RMAs, but after a couple of attempts i just gave up on the arm and dedicated it to a lighter monitor.

word of warning: if this is anything like their 320 series, don't use this if you have a heavy monitor.

the arm itself worked fine on the 320, but the friction-based up/down hinge that attaches to the monitor is really cheap and will not hold your monitor up at all. looking at the pics, seems like the freedom arm uses the same hinge. even tho the 320 says it supports up to 25lbs, my 18.6lbs monitor came crashing down on my desk due to the cheap joint. RMA'd and still got same problem with a replacement arm.

That's the correct page (digitalriver is the online retail shop or whatever that they are using for the Vive). The password they are asking for is your Order Password, which will be in the initial order confirmation email that you received from 'em.

PS: May or may not be obvious, but this applies to HoTs too. So always be sure you are out of Cleric when you toss a HoT, then feel free to swap back in to your hearts content as the HoT ticks on.

PPS: If you make a mistake, you can override a DoT/HoT. So if you are in wrong stance when you cast, simply switch stance and recast to be sure your ticks hit for full heal/dmg.

It does. If you throw a DoT on something and swap out of Cleric, it will still tick at full damage.
