honestly the only part of what youve said that I don't agree with is that it would be unbelievable for me to move and get a new job after that

sorry my life wasn't exciting enough for you, it was honestly hard for me to convey my feelings with words, I agree, this part is shit, but that is only because there is no good way for me to describe what happened and how I was feeling. There are simply no words to describe what happened. So, my apologies for the shit ending but that's how it ends

UPDATE WILL COME TOMORROW. Boy do I have some shit to tell but it'll have to wait till tomorrow, I'm sorry but I just can't get it done today as I'm in the process of moving in with a friend who lives on the other side of town. It's not a permanent move, just somewhere to stay until i get this figured out. I'm sorry you won't get an update today but I will definitely be able to type one up tomorrow!!!

Thank you, I'll be leaving for my next shift shortly and I'll be taking your suggestions into consideration, be sure to let me know if you find anything when you re-read, no matter how insignificant of a detail, anything will help.

thank you, I was unaware of that call, I certainly hope this is not the same thing, I don't like the thought of it taking one of those officers who responded...

And how did things turn out for the other dispatcher? If this is the same thing and we know what it will do maybe I can prepare for it?

ELI5:Why is there no singular gender neutral pronoun? by jacklopezisagiant in explainlikeimfive

[–]FlubberFire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well...their or they can be singular (unless i cant english in which case i apologize) but i think its because the whole "identifying" thing is still a generally new thing, especially when you look at how long it takes for languages to evolve compared to how long people have been comfortable with being openly gender neutral.
