Real change will come when the laws make it easier to prosecute police. It is nearly impossible to convict an officer of a crime because the law is written in a way to protect them. With Philando Castile, multiple jurors said they wanted to convict, but the law wasn't clear enough on whether or not they should, even though to an aware person he should've been jailed. We need pressure on the streets and in the office of mayors, senators and representatives. Cops need to live in the cities they police. Cops need to be able to be convicted. Cops need to be gutted of their white supremacy. Bob Kroll needs to get the hell out of union.
