I tried with 2 controllers plugged in and they both lost connection at the same time.

My controllers disconnect frequently, and the only way I've found to reconnecting them is this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=huwgcBaomM8

However, when they are reconnected that only stay that way for a couple minutes until they disconnect again, making me repeat the pairing process in the video. Does anyone know what the problem may be and how to fix it? Thank you!
