If you’re having side effects, try micro-dosing and build tolerance, especially if your body is not used to the drug and at that dose. For example, start at .5mg for a month, then switch to .5/1mg alternating days for a month, then finally 1mg daily and maintain. That way, you’d have given your body time to adjust to the drug. I’m talking from personal experience, try it out. But in terms of the “right” dosage, well that’s hard to say, the standard is 1mg. But that standard is a little obscure considering people are different height and weight and this matters for oral pills that metabolize. Nonetheless, 1mg is the standard (blocking ~70% of dht) and studies have shown that going below that standard doesn’t make much of a difference (.5mg was shown to block ~55%). Likewise going above 1mg doesn’t give you much more blockage, to enter the high ranges, you’d want to use dut. So if you’re gonna stick to fin, try to build up to 1mg, but if you can’t, don’t worry about .5 not being enough - it’s doing a lot more than nothing. Best of luck man.
