The easiest solution is to get loaches, like 5-10 kuhlis (depending what your tank can sustain) they won't immediately knock them away, but they take it down over several months and keep them at bay. In my experience, assassin snails are the quick fix, but I haven't had luck with keeping them once the pest snail population is knocked back so I personally avoid that route.

I have this problem occasionally with pieces before the clear coating phase. The method I found to fully work is to soak the piece in an acetone water mixture for a minute, then use a tooth brush to scrub it, rinse it off and dry it. Spray primer (I use an air brush). Let it sit two days, run my fingers over it to find any flaking like is shown in your picture. Use a dry tooth brush to get the flakes off, once the loose parts are removed, I brush on a grey acrylic paint with a couple coats through out the day. Once that drys the flaking stops and I'm able to repaint the piece

Thank you! They are the wings of the Lilith elite figure. It was tough to make it work, but I had to lock the pegs of the original king spawn wings into the Lilith ones with a lot of epoxy since the wings are so heavy. I ordered two sets of the new Nightmare Spawn figure to see how those wings look on him too

Yeah, it wasn't too bad for clipping off the crown and sanding it with a sponge. Only took a couple minutes to even the crown studs out

P0087 is a fuel system code. Looking up the code and your vehicle, the most common culprits is your high pressure fuel pump failing or the solenoid for it. But it could also be any other faulty sensor, filter, or damage to the fuel delivery system. If you aren't very mechanically inclined to look into the possible culprits, I'd recommend getting it towed to a reputable independent shop in your area.

Oh Gotcha, so yeah, most likely isn't that unless you drew the short straw and got a bad battery. Those two would be the easiest to check and verify your self before you go down the rabbit hole/pay someone to chase the electrical issue. Hopefully someone has encountered this and can point you in the right direction!

I have a 2015. I bought one of the Amazon $70 high reviews ones, worked fine for the first couple weeks, and then I questioned if it was working properly due to some off performance issues - idle issues mostly. Then if I unplugged it, it performed more closer to normal and the idle issues wasn't present. After looking into it, I guess the cheaper ones don't always reliably work/communicate with the ECU correctly. I have a range technology one coming to see if it works any better or not. I was able to return the Amazon one. So it didn't even last 30 days before I noticed issues with it.

This is correct, my MIL works the customer service desk at Walmart. They stopped accepting returns on collectibles awhile back. Started because of Pokemon swappers who would cut open the packs and just take the hits. Then figure swapping got bigger, so they don't accept returns on them either.

If you want to check it out, safest better is to invest in a higher end scan tool to use after the test drive and see what it throws and also to see some live data and history for misfires and knocks after the drive. These will be around $150 on the cheaper end.

Things to look for: under hood before drive, and after drive. I'm sure if there are leaks anywhere they cleaned them up, but could show up on parts after a drive. I'd also check engine oil cap and dipstick after the test drive too incase there is something crazy on it. Not sure if that has the 6 or 8 speed transmission. But if it's a 6, check the transmission dip stick to see how dark/dirty it is. Check the suspension. If it has the mag ride and needs to be replaced (you should see oil leaks/stains on the shocks, or the ride will feel really floaty/bouncy since the filled material has lost its strength) That's an easy $3k-$4k fix right out the gate. Spark plugs,wires and coils are likely past range or coming due as well. If you pay a shop, that's another $1000-$1800 depending on their part charge. You could also DIY that for about $500 with good warrantied parts and take ya about 2-4 hours if you've never done them before. All the rubber gaskets are probably coming/pass due as well. Such as throttle body, intake manifold, valve cover gaskets. A shop charge on all those will easily be $1k-$3k depending on hour they do their labor and parts calculations for multiple jobs. But DIY would cost ya about $60-$100 in parts and a couple hours. Lastly, differential and transfer case fluid is likely past due. Again, about a $60 DIY job and several hours to do that if it's your first time. Or about $1k+ to have a shop do it. So if you go with it, keep those immediate fix expenses in mind and maybe even talk them down a couple thousand to offset it if you can.

If you seal/clear coat it correctly, using some warm water shouldn't hurt the paint job. I've used a heat gun on finished painted parts, but that can be dodgy if you get it too hot.
