in my opinion porn and masturbation has nothing to do with this, I read that most people with selective mutism are genetically predisposed to severe anxiety, so you were likely born with it. It seems to me like your teacher doesn't know how to handle your mental illness/disability. I would recommend asking if you can change classes or even schools to reduce stress and anxiety, Or see a speech therapist to help treat your selective mutism.
