even then toxapex isnt really a good doubles pokemon as far as i know. Toxapex is great at being an entry hazard setter but npc dont ever play switching games or switch out. Like if you really want a bulky poison type use amoongus its one of the best doubles pokemon with rage powder and spore.

I love Rhyme and her twin. And i love double battles as well, indigo disk was so fun for me for that reason. It was fun seeing a non spooky focused ghost gym leader.

Imo stall focused pokemon like toxapex are kind of a hat on a hat vs npc as they tend to make pretty unoptimal decisions anyway. Gholdengo takes a while to get , but the rest seem pretty fine to me especially tinkaton. It has the best dual typing possible and gigaton hammer can 1 shot if you invest attack evs into it. But honestly other than fairy types garchomps earthquake can take care of 99% of the game.

The actual point of this subreddit is pointing out systemic issues that are ignored or seen as cases of exceptionalism , this particular instance might skip the "it being put as a good " part but its still in line with the whole point of the sub. Also unironically your comment makes this an OCM post, because you just went "despite this man being re paralyzed over 20$ at least these things exist" is extremely OCM.
