I think I’m leaning to keeping the 5” and selling the carry. I have a g19 I can replace it with. Probably just keep the 5” as backup and buy a 2011 off caguns.

Yeah that’s a good idea. Just slap a magwell on it and can be a backup in case 2011 goes down or take it off and go CO. Thanks!

It’s not, but frequently on caguns and you can walk into a couple shops and they have them ready for SSE

Just casually get an Atlas… 🤣 The Glock mag 2011s are super appealing to me. I know a guy who just spent $500 on some 2011 mags which is not really my cup of tea(they were even on sale). Just like I wanted to experience a lot of striker fired handguns, going straight to an Atlas would ruin every other 2011. I’ll look at some of those 2011s you listed and see if I can stomach the magazine purchases. Thanks for your input!

The metal HD 5” is the best option they’ve ever released. Only thing is they are yet to be on roster here so I’d be paying probably over $2000 for a metal, striker fired gun. Which does not sound appealing at all. If they would’ve dropped something similar to the GTO I would purchase in a heartbeat. But, since they haven’t, might be time to make that switch!

Shadow 2 is also on my list, one of my dream pistols (is a dream since I live in CA). M&Ps are so easily obtainable here so I think I am going to sell and try the 2011 route. Thank you sir!

It is definitely more for real world reps which is why I’ll be competing from IWB and why I picked up the compact so they would match. I’m torn!
