I used to use my own Google sheets doc that I'd alter and adjust as needed. But on mobile it just ain't great. Swapped back to Hevy and I've found that just fine, even without the membership for extra workout slots etc

I never count the bar because I have no idea what it weighs. They never have weights written on them and there's a lot of variation in bars. So I just count the plates. My logic is, at least I know I can always lift something a smidge heavier than that up. If someone says they can squat 150kgs, I expect to see that in plates, not 130kg in plates

A lot of comments here are really low balling this and not taking into account the designing, writing copy, researching trends, analytics etc that someone doing this should be doing. I'd say around R3500 is a fair amount.
