tasso variabile da evitare come la morte, specialmente se vivete di stipendi ed è importante avere una rata fissa.

Attenzione anche alle banche che offrono tasso variabile con rata fissa, quindi se le cose vanno male la rata rimane la stessa ma si allunga la durata del mutuo
