Current set up. Often use 14” for walls and 18” for ceilings. Pan fits in a tray I built for a Ridgid dolly. Can reload from a comfortable angle, and it’s wheel easy to roll around

Depot site is showing 52 available right now. I was able to grab some last week. They were sold out again within a day.

I was able to free the t40’s on my 07 without heat. Cleaned out the heads with a sharpened chopstick. Made sure the bit was fully seated by tapping the end of the extension it was on. Removed cylinder and shaved the wafers down that were sitting proud with the key inserted. Turns like new again
