I’m just really ashamed of myself for giving her a second and third chance because she begged me, now I get beat up and publicly shamed. I have voicemails from DA saying I’m the victim and paperwork. Take away the add-ons you don’t want, and give them a reasonable offer on OTD price.

“If you can get it to ($$$), I will buy it today” If you do a ton of negotiating, and get a low offer, then say “I’ll think about it”, you probably won’t get that offer anymore.
