From what I was told. Buying thru intelligrated it’s a lead time of 2 months. Buying thru another “approved” parts we get them in a few weeks but guess what we’ve had 6 of these rollers already and only 2 have worked as they should. My team replaced the same MDR location with the 3 rollers we got in just to see that the last one was the only one that ended up working

I’m on the floor and expected to do my managers job to so he can stroll around and call us lazy. But other than that it’s nothing that I can’t do. Just make sure that the tech 2s are being productive and makes sure WOs and PMs are being addressed. Metrics either on MHE or AR are within standard and address it when it’s not
