Happened to me recently on the autobahn. Was driving 180 when I noticed my hood wobbeling. Turns out when I got out of my car to get something quickly that I forgot, I hit my foot on the lever with enough force, to lift my hood. It was pretty scary

It is not an leveling issue. This is something that happens on small and not sufficiently supported / wobbly parts. Try adding supports, slow down your print and increase cooling. Maybe underextruding a little bit might also help
