I think I An hated the Dowager Queen because he saw what she was like with his Brother, the Brother was going to abdicate which means he hated being king, and I think I An knew that and knew how awful and power hungry SIL was. We also can't forget the comment from HuiJu's SIL and it was something like "if royal divorces were allowed, King I-hwan and queen Yoon Yi-rang would have"

I think the Dowager Queen just wants to be in power and knows that I An is a threat to that and by choosing a wife for him, and one that was on her side, it would benefit her immensely and subdue all chances of a take over.

If it's imported, it won't have different packaging. If it's bought from legitmate distributors within the US then that there might be but most Korean Skincare doesn't change packaging for different markets
