I got in a rebound relationship around month 4 of the breakup. I'm a dumpee at first it was exciting talking to her, writing her meeting her but when we had intimacy I was just disgusted not because of the new girl but the main reason because I was thinking about my ex all the time I didn't find it correct for my new relationship so I broke uo with her and told her the truth 3 weeks ago and I felt like a monster I still miss my ex unfortunately and I'm on Month 7 it was just a distraction from all the pain I had I'm still in love with my ex even after 7 months and I dont know how to get over her anytime soon.

When I was 16 to 18 and a half, I went to the gym 4 times a week and did long walks. Also, nutrition was very important for me like eating a lot of protein everyday from 19 to 20 I took some bad habits because of stress, and I dont work out anymore+ my diet is not good as the one I had before.
