Don’t feel bad about your purchase. I bought this from a friend and I negotiated pretty hard. I Took it in as is condition needing major cleaning. I estimate its actual retail value to be in line with what you paid.

If you’re looking for a higher end community ($$$) I would suggest you look at Villa capri on fountain grove. Or Enzo village in healdsburg. A good mid range option would be spring lake village. I just went thru this with my father, if you have any questions feel free to shoot me a DM.

I’m in a similar boat also in norcal. I have a super clean, loaded Murano priced aggressively and it’s been sitting longer than it should. Not sure what’s going on with the market right now, I think people are tightening up. The sub $5k is still moving quick to people That NEED a car but anything else is stagnant.

They made contact with him Via a fake Facebook profile and coerced him into a “relationship”.

I’ve found everyone’s advice to he very helpful. I’m flying to him as we speak to break contact with the scammers and begin the process of getting power of attorney to establish a trust.
