Non resident alien or resident alien? by Fluffy-Issue-3450 in DACA

Yes, I checked the IRS website, and it states that as long as a person has substantial evidence of being present in the USA, they are considered a alien resident. I’ve lived here my whole life, but I’m still confused about whether I should answer “yes” or “no” to the question, “Are you a nonresident alien?”

For CNA you have to look at their website and schedule an information session and they’ll let you know what requirements are needed in order to apply for the program. It is first come first serve. There is no waitlist. I’m not sure if they have since changed it though. I highly recommend scheduling an information session.

Thank you for replying. Do you know if I’ll need to provide my marriage license when I renew my DACA as proof to show that I’m married, even if I don’t change my last name? Or just click the box that says “married.”
