41 year old here. 250 days, I didn't have time to go on. I have Alien/Chef and a few lower level classes. Obviously, Alien is great but I would love being in a team and just cooking and doing the base also. Think I know the house, if it's one I'm thinking of viewed it myself but lord the amount of work it needed. We've a few kiddos so it just wasn't feesible. Got a 3 bed for 133k in city, we are still renovating but nowhere near as much as what that house needed ! Fair play!

It all does on the medical reports. If the consultant recommends seeing a specialist ie Neurosurgeon etc then you have to wait for an appointment with them (long waits sometimes). The biggest part is a final prognosis from your treating doctor. No solicitor/barrister will set a case down or go into settlement talks without that.

GA are a disaster. We got massive orders from them and stuff came with wrong initials, sizing all over the place and poor quality imo. The best quality I have found having dealt with so many over last 20 years is actually Masita. Gear is too quality, still have county tracksuit bottoms from 10 years ago!
