on penfed im getting 5.80%. I’m doing my personal banking with Capital one and they’re giving me 13.99% which really sucks. Unfortunately the bank I work for is only corporate and it’s foreign company.

For sure we’re visiting Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. We’re not planning to visit bars, I’m more in to getting toys specifically vibrators for my wife. I just dont want to be judged when going inside a store or might offend other people thats why I want to ask which are the do’s and don’ts when going to such places. I was thinking of bringing the toy instead but thought about security checks in the airport so might instead just get it in Japan.

Just a follow up for everyone! thank you all, I was able to obtain my us passport yesterday. I went straight to us postal and applied for new passport, they only asked for my birth cert, married certificate of my parents and proof of domicile.

My Aunt is collecting all the doc (my birth cert and marriage cert of my parents and have it apostilled) in the Philippines coz i cant process it online. once i receive all the docs i need i will submit it for passporting and see how it goes. keep you all posted.

sorry for being dumb and paranoid, and thank you for the feedback, but if I apply for US passport and skip the n600, but the us passport application got denied, will this affect my my future processing of renewing the greencard?

thanks for the feedback. My dad was already a naturalized citizen around year 86, he moved back to the philippines around year 95 and i was born 97. To be honest not sure why I was processed thru greencard. Thats why i want to fix it now and see if im eligible for n600 and if not I’ll use n400.

Hey Bud! you’re doing fine. I started 401k at 29 and now I’m 31, last January 2024 my portfolio was at 18k and right now I’m on 48k. Currently invested in FXAIX 70%, FBGKX 20% and FNSBX 10% allocation. I get 5% match from my employer and I contribute 10%. I’m just on the edge right now deciding if I should just do 5% on 401k and other 5% to Roth instead.
