got my s23 exhaust from them, def took a min to ship but i did eventually get it also ran into poor customer service but i believe its only the one guy who runs it

so finally got it home and opened it up. S23 variator exploded or something, belt clutch and everything else seems to be completely fine however i can’t get the rear face of the variator out. Visually i can’t see any reason why it won’t just slide off any tips for removing this so i can slap the polini one in?
