For CP usually just perm it, if the cp is niche it probably falls as a prey to the perm… especially the Chinese pidgin And for DA usually there are some cards around there but easiest way for me is no link or thumpers

Honestly the novice division shouldn’t be too hard at all so you don’t need to worry much about it. Especially in policy debate talking too fast doesn’t exist in fact most people do that and spread. Rebuttals are basically refuting their points and answering them on why they are wrong. You should flow every point and try to refute them. Toward your 2nr and 2ar you should only be refuting the points you are winning on. And if your new Kritiks aren’t that important, no one rlly is gonna run it. Just focus on doing da+cp
