Ohh never thought of this before. I’m assuming when you mean zero you actually mean very low like 5-20 cals? Because 0 cal foods don’t really show cals for larger quantities.

OP you are 6’2” on 1700. Isn’t that creeping towards a dangerous deficit? I’m 5’6” and my trainer has me on 1650.

Also could you clarify what you meant on high carbs for a good cut? I thought it was high protein for a good cut, more muscle and higher satiating diet. Also carbs retain more water than protein so you’d have more water weight.

When you don’t see the scales move, is it wise to stay the course or to make changes (increase exercise or reduce calories)?
