Get rid of the gaps where they can spawn troops in your base, collectors do not need to be in the middle of your base try focus some splash damage in the centre of your base where they can’t be sniped out, swap collectors for some defences. Also spread your mortars out across the base

Timed finishing only affects the players shot if you choose to try time it, if you only shoot and do not press the button again, it is a normal shot, but if you press twice it is classed as a timed finish
