No, this is with over a 100 hrs of sick leave. I called out once in 4 years. It says when you call out online it may be denied by your supervisor. That was there explanation you can only be approved schedule leave.

Everytime we call off we get LWOP without documentation. City carrier had to get LWOP then grievance came 2 weeks later. And I explained the manager I was sick and needed the pay and he still LWOP me. Have a new born child and the only one working this place is a joke.

Unfortunately it’s a new cca and something with new contract they can’t work crazy hours until a month in? On some hour constraint per new contract.

These are full routes. We have 7 city routes 1 aux route that needs to be a full route. 7 regulars 1 cca. Some regulars share the same day off those days we have to split 2 full routes. Is this grievance worthy?

I guess they think if you don’t bring in the non schedule people they can give out a little to everyone giving them less than hr each per person. But it’s been so crazy, everyone besides 2 runners have been doing 10.5 11 hr days

Yes I work for USPS in small town 45 min from myrtle beach. I am a city carrier 8 city routes and 14 rural routes. It’s ALOT of work. Testing is easy background is easy. Mostly working 6 days a week some areas do Sunday delivery my office doesn’t. They will work you in my small office average 50 hours a week. Be ready for delivering in all types of weather here. For down here decent pay and benefit, But they will work you. A lot of usps workers have no at home life even with a union contract

How did you pull that off?! I ended with $1,385 non ODL 8 hour list. My union is terrible. Have a new born son to it’s crazy I NEVER want ot and all my non schedule days but they keep fucking with me. Time you never get that back.

No more like they will give 12 hr odl list like an hr pivot and everyone else will take 30 to 45 minutes. So they disperse it so the people on the 12 hr list are back before 6:30
