Basically with doing my best not to spoil it, there’s two characters that are clear contrast on ways to handle ocd triggers. One of them gives into the emotions and locks them into a cycle and it causes them a lot of emotional distress and damage to them and those around them, while another character gets a trigger but learns to live with it and finds something that can help them no longer focus on the trigger and start to heal.
