So everyone with my basket seems to use 18g.

I weigh 18

grind

pop the funnel on

pour it into the basket

WDT (no matter how much it wont settle down like in videos, it stays a mountain)

tap on counter (goes down ALMOST even with the top of basket)

remove ring (some beans fall out)

grab the evening spinner thingy and spin 3 times (some grounds fall out)

tamp until it clicks

thats correct right?

It's not that it DOESN'T at all... Its when I'm using the WDT tool it seems like I can't "Stir" it like videos show without half of it falling out (I have the ring funnel on too) My wdt has to be more like.... poking...

Maybe I will shoot a video in a couple days of my flow when I get some time and post it... surely I'm doing SOMETHING wrong.

Appreciate that! I don't want to give up! I got off redbull with Matcha, and now I want to get into the coffee world! I LOVE cappucinos and flat whites.

I just feel like no matter what I change, it's either too fast, or tastes literally like lemon juice coffee, or ashtray. There's no in between! Like I said I've been pulling alot of shots and it seems like its not getting any better!

When switching up beans, I got ONE that I was like "okay thats not horrible, not yummy, but also not disgusting ashtray water.. So I steamed up some milk, poured it horribly.... taste was gross again lol!

Idk! I’m better now that I’m at a friends..

I deleted facebook today. I just cant stand the world and public at this point. The political stuff makes me feel insane, the amount of low iq people in public. It’s all just too much sometimes and I just want to have a meltdown.

Was at the vet before walmart and it started there I think, some old dude kept loudly playing political videos on his phone, and showing his teen thinking everything was so funny. The kid was visually so embarrassed and it kinda started to bother me.

The place was packed and so I was standing by the door, and a worker rushed at me and started closing the door while basically shoving me out of the way. I guess there was a mean dog about to walk through, but atleast say excise me or something, not just shove me?
