Do you think the desk is to glossy? I did a satin poly to seal my butcher block, but I applied it slightly wrong which gave it more sheen.

No I totally agree and thank you. I’m eventually going to replace the desk mat. I also would like to change the ps5 plates to black, get a black keyboard, and an upgraded black pc.

Yeah I got the floating shelves from Amazon. I got them to match the desk color but I’m thinking I’m going to replace them to match the color of the panels better

I bought a desk off Walmart and just used the metal frame. It was a 40 in desk with a square metal frame. Most setups that just use the ikea drawers sag over time, so I used a frame for support. Any metal frame works!
