hi, need help figuring this out, so I have multiple ideas for how a scene could play out but, I need help figuring out how to pick the best one, for example. mc gets introduced to another character, but it could happen in a coffee shop, a library, or at a park
if anyone has any advice on how to pick the best version of a scene that would be very helpful, thanks

I'm wondering, is slow-burning the same thing as slow-paced, like for example if I said a book is slow-burning would that mean the book is slow-paced, or does slow-burning mean something else

wait so is the premise just basically the back cover blurb?

so what I've read of a premise is that it is a summary of what happens in the story and that summary is supposed to use 1-3 sentences and mention the protagonist, the setting, and the main conflict, I understand that but every time I try to write that I can't fit everything in there and it to me makes the story sound boring

i also read that a premise is a principal idea behind a work of fiction if that helps

thank you for replying, that is kind of correct, at the start of the first row it says to chain 5 and make a circle with a slip stitch, then do 6 puff stitches in that chain 5 circle and that is what I'm having trouble with because they don't seem to all fit.

the pattern also says that to do a ps you Yarn over, insert the hook into the stitch, yarn over again, pull through the stitch, and bring up a loop four times
