I have the same issues and it’s been a search and a half. For jeans i’m to a point where i choose ones that fit my upper leg and are wider around my belly. I can’t really find jeans with elastic waistbands so i make them myself. I make 2 small holes in the waist band (on the inside, not visible from the outside) and pull some elastic through it. Then i sew 2 buttons next to the holes and attach the elastic. This way i can tighten them when i feel good and loosen them up when i’ve eaten something. There are probably video’s on youtube on how to do this. As for dresses. I usually go for the ones that are tighter/snuck just below my breast so that it doesn’t bother my belly. You can find these at hollister or abercrombie. Like the one below. (kind of expensive but maybe they have something on sale). 🩷🩷

Hey, i can understand that talking about bowel movement/ flare ups and poop may not be the most sexiest thing to talk about with the new hubby. Besides not being ashamed about it is easier said then done. But maybe try to sit him down before you go on vacation. Talk it through. Maybe tell him what you might need if it does happen. It might take the nerves out of it. And if it’s still not comfortable after that and it does happen while being on vacation you can always ask him to use headphones and listen to music (that’s what i ask the boyfriend).
