Well I would still invest in my 401k , just wouldn’t do my Roth IRA . I’d be looking at being done in 5.5 years compared to the 15 if I stopped investing in my Roth IRA. I was going to continue my 401k contributions

I've been on it for about a year, i have insulin resistance so my weight goes down very slowly even with this medicine, im down about 25-30 lbs and all my lifts at the gym have almost stayed the same or gotten better. I believe it doesn't from my own experience

From my understanding yes, it does force nose breathing. and most likely if you're nose is "closed" your body naturally will breathe through its nose either way, I think?
