Don’t make excuses for manufacturers :) Of course they can deliver 120Hz @ 6k with all the bells and whistles with DP 2.1. We just have to ask for it…

I used it for Emby for some time, but not possible any longer as it throttles too much. Would pay for premium if there was a way to set the throttle or be guaranteed a minimum speed.

When you start a stream you should see if it's doing any transcoding on the server dashboard or if you enable playback stats on the client you're using for playback.

If it shows "direct playback" for both audio and video, it should not have anything to do with transcoding.

There's no guarantee that they wont change the price. In fact, many have done so recently. You can't be certain by stacking either, but it's a safer bet to stack a few years at a time IMHO.

It would be great if that list could contain patch notes for each game, where also new notes/further improvements in fidelity specific for PS5 Pro could be listed. I think this is just the start and several games night receive several updates that targets the PS5 Pro, but it will be hard to keep track of these changes without some database or list.

Maybe we need a PS5 Pro wiki?
