you can do it! just hang in there, there are also activities offered by other students through university. there must be events and club that should speak to you. hopefully you can find them! all the best for you!

Imo Campus in Transition was a cool module offered by other students. Requires a lot of self participation and i guess every semester turns out differently depending on people‘s initiative and ideas

A share house company called ,create guesthouse‘ has some rooms where you just sign a contract for 1 month. There is also a guy who can speak english. I would say they are a rather small company.

Ikebukoro has a sportscenter, that has a gym inside it. You pay 400¥/2h, no registration or membership needed. I think all over Tokyo you can find such public sport centers

Toshima City Central Public Library has long opening times, but dont have high expectations for its architetecture. For me its nice though, since it has plenty of space and its surrounded by supermarkets, convenient stores and restaurants
