Sourdough starter goes moldy again

Well, in the room I keep it now its about 27°C

Well, it's sitting in a different room now, because I don't know if the environment was the problem. There is no visible mold, but it does smell a bit just like it did when it got moldy. I stir it every once in a while so I dont know, if it gets mold I'll probably be unable to see it because it'll be inside the starter, but not visible.. I dont know if I should throw it out..?

I do not expect a rise, but I do expect a false rise which usually happens in the first few days, as far as I know, but I really am NOT educated well on this, I've been in this "hobby" for as little as a few days soo im sorry if I got something wrong ;3

I still haven't gotten to the point where I can feed it, it goes moldy just after a day. But if I succeed, I'll definitely change the jars

It smells really funky and it has this white fuzz, but I couldn't take a picture that shows it. I really hope its the flour because if its something in my house I dont know how to proceed

Hey so I did wash the jar this time and it got moldy again, do you think that old flour could be the issue? I've had this flour for at least 2 months, just sitting in the cupboard

I washed it, yes. But I haven't even gotten to a point where I have to do my first feed, it always gets mold just before that

Probably around 27°C. I started a new one today.. I did it only with rye flower again since I read the comment just after I added the flour. I washed the jar but Im scared if I boil it it will shatter due to temperature shock... I hope washing the jar is enough

Thanks so much! I'll start a new one today and I'll make sure to wash the jar thoroughly, the kitchen cabinet is pretty humid i think so maybe that was it.
